We commissioned Aileen Anne Brannigan, stonecarver, to create these out of Kilkenny limestone and they were installed on Friday 24th May. Everyone loves them-we have Mammy,Daddy and Baby Hedgehog-Baby is almost as big as his parents. We look forward to the children enjoying them for many years to come!
Athy Model School is a primary school under the patronage of the Department of Education, with a Church of Ireland ethos. We endeavour to enable each child to acquire a set of moral values based on the ethos of the school.
